Instead of eggs, butter, or milk, there were avocadoes, avocadoes, and avocadoes. The cake ended up tasting exactly like a regular chocolate cake –very moist and soft. The icing is where the avocado shown through, because the ingredients were avocado, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and lemon juice. It’s been three days and the color of the icing has faded to a pistachio hue, but it hasn’t browned and still tastes great!
