This picture shows the menu at Restaurant Gwendolyn for August 13, 2011. Each person ate five courses and a dessert, and each diner picked what entree and what dessert they wanted. On the left of the menu are the courses and on the right are the farmers and ranchers who provided the ingredients.
This picture shows the courses in detail and their sourcers. I chose the lamb for my entree, and the rum raisin ice cream and gateau for my dessert.
This picture shows the different beverages, and the text at the bottom explains that the menu has to change daily “following crops of local farmers and ranchers.” We had and enjoyed the siphon coffee, which was a mind-freak to see prepared.
