Shout-out to the fact that I was this close to flying to New York with Mike to go see Daniel Klein cook at Prune.

I had just read “Blood, Bones, and Butter” by Gabrielle Hamilton when I read in the NYTimes that Klein was cooking there for three nights.

Mike and I were researching ticket prices to New York City when I found out I had a test that Friday and couldn’t make it.

Seeing this video. Knowing I could have been there.

I’m investing in a time machine as we speak. I will be on this video.
